Click “delete my account”
Don't log in back to your Facebook and you will need 14 days for the deletion request to complete.
Facebook has this feature if you delete it and if you change your mind later so again if you login with your credential your account does get activated again

For Desktop Go to Settings --> Your Facebook Information ----> Deactivation and Deletion ----> Deactivation ----> It will ask to enter your password ----> Select the reason in radio button -----> Click on Deactivate. Your Account will be temporarily Deactivated and if you log in again it will be reactivated again

How to Delete Your Facebook Group
Above we have shown you how to delete or deactivate your account if you just want to delete a group you created. You can only delete your Group if you are the Admin.

Go to the group you want to delete and click “Members”
Beside each person, select “Remove from Group”
Once you remove everyone else, choose “Leave Group” next to your name
